According to Appendix VI of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) the substance is classified as Acute Tox. 1 (H310), which corresponds to Class 6.1, packing group I in the dangerous goods regulations. These tests were carried out on rats. However, the dermal toxicity in rabbits is decisive for the classification of dangerous goods. However, this is outside the classification as a Class 6.1 substance. In this respect, only the classification of oral toxicity as Acute Tox. 2 (H300) is taken into account, thereby resulting in a classification as a substance of Class 6.1, packing group II.
